Team Building EventsA little competitive fun with colleagues is a joy. Herr Kleist often runs games among our hotel staff— who at reception or housekeeping can first charm or trick the notoriously dour Pani Wiśniewski of Room 305 into smiling? to the winner, a paid evening off. Who can find the makowiec his wife baked that he hid somewhere in the clubroom? we all scramble and search behind the books or under the chairs while guests sleep — and only some of us are willing to share the prize with others. These challenges are lovely, but sometimes we must meet offsite, in clothes other than our uniforms, to truly foster camaraderie and improve workplace morale. That is why we offer options for corporate groups! Having the hotel to yourself is ideal, but also can be expensive. So, for smaller groups (generally 20 or fewer), we are able to offer reservations while remaining open to the public on select days and times with no minimum spend requirements or rental fees— just what you enjoy in golf, food, and drink, plus applicable taxes and an automatic gratuity. We are able to reserve Wednesday evenings, Thursdays with an arrival time between 2-5p, and Fridays with an arrival time of 5p. For groups larger than 20, we offer full buy outs and also “early opens” during the week. There are some caveats and a bit of red tape, but hopefully nothing too burdensome that will interfere with all that collaborative, trust-building energy.
